The Governing Board Composition
Our non-profit governing board is made up of a wide range of community leaders from various backgrounds in Baton Rouge.
The Helix Board will act as the governing body for the proposed school. Its members consist of representatives from different industries and areas of expertise, the non-profit sector, government, education reform organizations, donors, and the private sector.
We value diversity in all aspects, including regional representation, gender, race, ethnicity, and socio-economic background. The board is composed of the following members:
